Acoustic Treatment

Acoustics are often the last or least considered attribute in a home or small production recording environment. It’s ironic that this is the case because the acoustics of a studio can have a most impactful effect (positive or negative) on the sound of all projects coming out of that studio facility.

Irrespective of the quantity and quality of your studios microphones, preamps, compressors, interfaces and software plugins, bad acoustics can deceive your ears and negatively influence your mixing decisions, yielding an undesired result that may not translate well outside of your studio.
